Annual Membership
The MLPAO offers annual membership for Medical Laboratory Technologists, Medical Laboratory Assistant/Technicians, and other Medical Laboratory Professionals. The membership year runs from January 1 to December 31 regardless of when you join. With your membership we offer many benefits including Professional Liability Insurance, advocacy, and affinity programs.

If you'd like to renew your membership by cheque, click here to download a membership application form. Once complete, mail it along with your cheque made payable to "MLPAO" to us at: PO Box 100, STN LCD 1, Hamilton, ON L8L 7T5.
Membership fees are not prorated. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
